Kim Zolciak shared that she was undergoing a laser vaginal rejuvenation, appearing in an Instagram video posted by L.A.-based cosmetic surgeon Dr. David Matlock.
Zolciak said in the recent video that she’s undergoing the procedure because she’s had six children, all born naturally, and now occasionally finds herself urinating when sneezing or running.
The news comes as the TV personality is still navigating a contentious divorce with estranged husband Kroy Biermann, according to TMZ.
Just two months ago, a lawsuit was filed against Zolciak by Saks/Capital One, claiming she owed over $150,000 in unpaid charges.
It’s also been reported that the couple owes over $1 million to the IRS and their shared Georgia home is scheduled to be foreclosed in November.
The financial struggles have reportedly put a strain on their relationship, and were part of what boiled over into Biermann kicking her out of the house and needing the police to get involved to quell the situation. That was before he filed for divorce a second a second time.
Despite the contentious nature of the split and the ongoing battle over custody and child support, Biermann was seen accompanying Zolciak as she traveled to her appointment on Wednesday.
The former NFL player was photographed with the reality star while wheeling a carry-on suitcase as he walked behind her.
Just a few weeks ago, Zolciak stated she and Biermann were still having sex, but the estranged husband has maintained that he wants a divorce and will go through with finalizing the process.
